The LAOUG is a not-for-profit professional organization, managed by volunteers.  We were formed to meet the information needs of Oracle DBAs and Developers in the greater Los Angeles area.

PHP Users:
PHP is the most cost-effective way to develop dynamic web sites. Now Oracle and Zend have developed a PHP core which supports Oracle access from PHP applications. This new Zend core is available free. You can download it from Oracle here or from Zend here.
